Product Guarantee
A product guarantee that we can provide for our goods is that we have chosen items that we love and believe someone else will too. We guarantee that we are honest about the products' current condition and provide as much information about the particular product as possible.
All products are pre-washed in gentle, non-toxic, paraben-free, laundry detergents before shipping and are cared for as stated on product labels.

These may be pre-loved items but they will arrive to you in a renewed, "ready to be loved again" state.
Policies and Shipping
Shipping currently is only available in Canada and prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping costs are $12.00 for a complete order unless the oder is over $150 value in which case Shipping is FREE!
Returns and Refunds
Returns are permitted. If one or more items are not to your liking, please feel free to ship your item back to us and we will issue a refund when the labeled item is returned in its original pre-shipped state. If an item is returned but is damaged or very clearly has further wear and tear from its original West Coast Thrift Company documented state, a refund will not be issued and further the item will only be returned once again to the customer if desired once prepaid shipping costs are covered.

This is a small business and although fast fashion companies may issue refunds for clothing that is untagged and damaged, by the customer, our small business will not function properly if the same practices are applied.
