Once the item is received and assessed to its originally documented condition, a refund will be issued. If the item is not tagged and in its original state when it is returned a refund will not be issued and the item will not be once again sent back to the purchaser. Shipping is available anywhere in Canada for a flat rate of $12 and orders over $150 will receive free shipping. Local pickups and drop offs are available.
