If you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as the item has not been used, you are welcome to return the unworn, tagged item, in its original West Coast Thrift Company condition. Once the item is received and assessed to its originally documented condition, a refund will be issued. If the item is not tagged and in its original state when it is returned a refund will not be issued and the item will not be once again sent back to the purchaser.  If there are questions about returns please email us before starting the process.

Shipping is available anywhere in Canada for a flat rate of $12 and orders over $150 will receive free shipping. Local pickups and drop offs are available.
